- The member must be at least 18 years old and must be an Indian citizen.
- At the time of applying for membership, the applicant must provide:
- Permanent address proof
- Two references (both must be relatives) with address and contact details
- The applicant must disclose all past activities and history related to relatives.
- The member must not have been involved in any criminal activity in the past.
- If, after joining, the member is found involved in any criminal activity, the membership will be terminated immediately.
- At the time of applying, the applicant must not be suffering from any serious illness, must not be admitted in any hospital, and must not have undergone any major surgery in the past.
- For financial support for a girl’s marriage, membership should be at least 10 years old.
- For any other funding support, the member must:
- Be associated with the foundation for at least 3 years
- Provide two guarantors
- To act as a guarantor, a person must have been associated with the foundation for at least 5 years.
- Under the ambulance facility:
- The foundation will cover ambulance services up to 50 km
- The member must submit ambulance bill and hospital admission documents
- After verification, 50% of ambulance charges will be reimbursed within 7 working days
- The ambulance facility is applicable only in cases of:
- Accidents
- Delivery / maternity cases
- Medical or any special treatment reimbursement will depend entirely on the foundation’s decision.
- In case of a member’s death:
- The family must inform the foundation within 90 days
- A monthly pension of ₹5,000 will be provided for 10 years
- In case of any mishap (accident / death), financial support of ₹1,00,000 will be provided after verification and information from the family.
- Membership will continue even after such incidents.
- If the foundation organizes any protest or support program in favor of a member, participation from all members will be mandatory.
- Daily ECS payment is compulsory:
- It confirms active membership status
- If ECS is stopped for any reason, membership will be considered inactive
- A 30-day waiting period is required to reactivate ECS and clear pending dues
- Once benefits are locked, the member may apply for rejoining, but final approval will be at the NGO’s discretion.
- At the time of joining:
- ₹500 one-time joining fee
- ₹1000 annual membership fee
- Membership must be renewed every year.
