1. Membership Cancellation
Members may request cancellation of their membership within 15 calendar days from the date of joining.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Requests can be made via email or by contacting the foundation.

2. Refund Eligibility
If a cancellation request is received within 15 days of joining, the following rules apply:
Refundable Amounts
- Annual Membership Fee
- Daily Contribution(s) received from the member up to the cancellation date
Non-Refundable Amount
- One-Time Registration Fee of ₹500
3. Cancellation After 15 Days
Any exception shall be solely at the discretion of Open Hands – Akhand Relief Foundation.
4. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–15 working days.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method whenever possible.
- Alternative approved banking methods may be used if required.

- Members should immediately notify the foundation if a duplicate payment occurs.
- Verified duplicate payments will be refunded after review and verification.
7. Right to Refuse Refund
The foundation may refuse a refund request in cases involving:
- Fraudulent activity
- Misrepresentation of information
- Abuse of membership benefits
- Violation of foundation rules or policies
8. Changes to this Policy
Open Hands – Akhand Relief Foundation reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
